32 years is a lot of experience. Our process is derived from this experience. Our employees are competent professionals who take utmost care of your property.

Honesty

There are many things that we do in the course of a refinishing job that you would never know. But we do. Some parts of the process must be done the old fashioned way, other steps are modern technology. We will not cut corners at the sacrifice of quality. If our refinish or repair will not fix your problem or if there are structural problems that must be addressed first, we will not do the job and take your money. We do not make false claims about 'patented' processes or materials. Refinishing materials and equipment are generally available to anyone. We will not cheat or lie to anyone.

Attention to detail and professionalism

We strive for perfection. Professionals do not create messes or huge problems in the course of their work. Many small details are taken care of, from running clean tarps from the job to your door, creating perfect masking, to picking out the smallest specks of dust. We do not drip oil in your driveway and do not track mud into your house. Extra care of your property is part of the job.

Consideration

When an appointment is made We show up on time. We complete your project without fail. We do exactly what we say we are going to do, when we say it will be done. Your time is valuable and we will not waste it. When we are at your jobsite you are number one priority!

Material and equipment used

State of the art equipment and materials are used. We will refinish between 4 and 6 bathtubs with a gallon of material, which is typically 2 to 4 times the thickness that other companies apply. We will not poison you or make a mess in your house. We use an industrial blower to safely remove the fumes out of your house. We also use very efficient High Volume Low Pressure spray equipment which does not make any overspray mess or create unnecessary air pollution.

Most of the other refinishing companies out there use old technology. They use epoxy coatings or car paint which will fail rapidly. They use 'airplane paint' that will release cyanide for months and will poison you and your children (YIPES!). They use old fashioned spray equipment that makes an overspray mess on everything and creates unnecessary air pollution. They don't use ventilation equipment to remove the fumes out of your house (they may use your bathroom fan, got fire insurance?). They will typically refinish 12 to 16 bathtubs with a gallon of material. They cut corners and do not etch the existing bathtub.

Extra service and value

We do many extra things for you free of charge so your job is as complete and perfect as possible. We remove the old trim fixtures, remove all of the caulking, repair all of the chips and damaged areas and render the bottom of your tub or shower non slip if you wish. We also keep popular colors in stock, so there is no extra charge for in-stock colors or matching your existing fixtures with in-stock colors.

Qualifications

I am a licensed contractor, insured, bonded and a member of the Better Business Bureau. You are not exposed to liability risk by having an uninsured contractor in your home. I have never been sued, or even had a single call as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
